Oslo Congress Centre has a distinct focus on universal accessibility, and we work continuously to facilitate and customise our venues in the best way possible. We introduce numerous measures every year to reach the goals we have set for ourselves when it comes to the facilities at our venues.
These include:

Disabled bathrooms
Disabled ramp at the entrance
Universally designed interior staircases to our meeting rooms and halls
Universally designed interior doors to reduce the risk of clashes
A ramp to the podiums that can be easily used by wheelchair users
Good lighting and sound in the venues
In case of fire, we have flashing lights and a verbal alarm in addition to the regular alarm

Are you a participant with a food allergy or other dietary restriction that must be taken in consideration? We feel strongly about all of our guests having the best food experience possible. Therefore, we always do our uttermost to satisfy any restrictions or requirements you may have regarding food allergies and special foods. Several of our chefs are trained in cooking allergy-friendly dishes and other types of special foods, so you can rest assured that your requirements will be safely met.

Oslo Congress Centre is located only 40 minutes from Oslo Airport and is only a few minute walk from both the bus terminal and train station.

Arriving by car? There are several large parking garages within a short walk from Oslo Congress Centre.
